We couldn't be happier with our experience with Five40 remodeling. Our job was a complete remodel of our open kitchen / tv room. The design and style was original to the house constructed in the late 80's, and we wanted to modernize and improve it. We received quotes from several contractors and ultimately chose Shannon because of his cost competitiveness and enthusiasm for the job. When we explained what we were looking to do, he was definitely on board with our vision.

He was able to use new technology to support design elements that we wanted which otherwise would have not been possible, and during the design phase, he offered his opinion when he thought some of our choices might not be best (although the decision was always ours). Once work started, his crew (and the sub cons that he used) were friendly, courteous, punctual, and efficient. During demo, they kept our old cabinets intact so that we could donate them to charity. Also, to limit dust and other mess in the rest of the house from floor tile grout removal and concrete leveling, they used physical barriers and air scrubbers.

At the beginning of the project, Shannon estimated that it would take 3-4 weeks to complete the job, and they finished everything up in 3.5 weeks. We would enthusiasticall y recommend Shannon and Five40 Remodeling to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen, and we'll call him again when it's time to do our bathrooms.

We hired Five40 Remodeling to construct a new patio cover in our backyard, and the result was fantastic! Shannon and his crew did an absolutely exceptional job in creating a visually pleasing structure that was unique but still matched the 1950s-vibe of our home. They were prompt, professional, and extremely reasonable to work with. Shannon knows what it takes to get a job done, and he more than delivered on helping create our dream patio for our backyard.

We are so pleased with the space, and are excited to have family and friends over to enjoy it. We were thrilled with the finished product and will absolutely be using them again on future projects! I can't say enough good things about the work they did. Highly recommend!
