We bought our Jordahl home last November after the parade of homes and we love how things are put together. Now days, it's crazy how fast houses can be built and that had me questioning the quality of work in our house, but when we had our house inspection a year later, our inspector was impressed at the quality of work done and how Jordahl went above and beyond what is required in the state of North Dakota. Jordahl put in a passive mitigation system which is not required by North Dakota.
They also ran a 30 amp wire out to our air conditioner just incase in the future I need a bigger wire it is already good to go. Little things like that sometimes go un-noticed and I feel like people need to look at the small things that Jordahl does for their buyers.
