We bought several new windows, a huge sliding door and a screen door from Dutch's several years ago. The quality has been a huge improvement, and any time we have an issue they fix it immediately at no charge. Excellent customer service, and they stand behind their product and installation.
A wonderful experience. In recent years I've been hard pressed to find good quality workmanship, but the workmanship from Dutch's workers Won and Hak, who installed my insulated steel siding, was like they were installing it on their own home. There were many places they could have cut corners but they did NOT. Excellent work! In fact, some other workers from a deck project commented that they had never seen such good quality siding work before. Working with Won, Hak, as well as Gary was a joy. I'm glad I chose Dutch's and I highly recommend them to others too.
The customer service is fantastic. We had a bay window put it which I love. Talked with several larger companies but nobody gave us the personal touch like Dutch's.
