Edward "Ted" Waterman has been in the construction industry since 1982. He started with a company out of Heathrow as a general laborer. In 1993 he took his General Contractor's state exam and became a Certified General Contractor. In 1993, he also met Gina. They have three children and run the company together. They both take great pride in the work that is completed and customer satisfaction is important to both of them. The company that he worked for had him traveling the state of Florida doing mostly commercial work.

Waterman Construction specializes in Commercial Construction, as well as Custom Residential Construction. We provided services from beginning to end. Our customers have been pleased with our commercial construction projects. Unlike being forced to move into a space that is not specifically designed with the commercial endeavor in mind, all of our commercial construction projects are developed from the ground up in cooperation with the client, so that the space is best utilized for their needs. We have constructed commercial buildings for the following purposes: Veterinarian clinics, nail salons, retail stores, gift shops, sub sandwich shops, etc.
When my wife and I decided to install a pool we called several pool companies. We already knew what design we wanted and how it would fit in our backyard. All of the other pool companies ignored our design and presented something larger and more expensive. When Ted came over for initial meeting he asked what we wanted and listened to us, rather the tell us what we wanted. The design was what we had pictured.
I've known Ted, Gina, and their son, Jim for a number of years now and I have to say they helped me immensely through the toughest time in my life. When my husband died almost 6 years ago I was left trying to manage 2 homes. Ted took over my swimming pool which is extremely elaborate and complex. Not only that, he kept an eye on my house, making sure everything was safe and in good working order. He always called and reported any problems. Many times he even addressed and resolved those problems for me since I was in another state. I highly recommend and trust this family and I know they are very conscientious about the work they perform. It is rare to find people like them today and it's been a pleasure working with them.

New valves, multi-port and DE filter. Ripped the old Pentair off and replaced it with Hayward!
