Preconstruction The estimating department is comprised of two full-time estimators who utilize the Timberline software. In addition, historical and current data are used to determine the cost of the project. With the latest technology and years of experience, our estimators can help determine the cost from schematic design to final construction documents. Through open communication with owners, architects and engineers, our project managers strive to create a positive construction experience. In addition, they work with suppliers and subcontractors to deliver the project on time and within budget.
