In business since 2004, we have built a reputation in Northeast Ohio for providing an enjoyable, simplified, and organized process that achieves a truly outstanding result. We strive to build positive relationships every day by making the process and enjoyable and rewarding experience. We've had an ongoing relationship with Otero Signature Homes since summer of 2012. They assisted us in finding a plot of land, designing a custom floor plan, the building of the house, and interior design and decorating.

After listening to our clients' needs to sell their existing home in order to build the home of their dreams, we created an outstanding realty group, The Otero Group LLC, under the Remax Traditions brokerage. This group gives us an opportunity to use our expertise in home building to offer our clients a one stop shop to all their real estate needs. This makes it a smooth transition for the client, both listing their existing home, and moving into their newly built Otero Signature Home. We will meet with your family to identify the needs, goals and expectations of your remodel or addition. If you decide to move forward, we will sign a design release to start exploring options. Our award-winning interior design team will lead you through an organized material selection process. You will receive the attention you deserve to create an end product that is truly a reflection of your personal style. We start with a pre-construction meeting about a week before demo is scheduled to begin to review the scope of work again and create our jobsite set up and protection plan.

We will meet with your family to identify the needs, goals and expectations of your new home including desired location, design and project budget. If you decide to move forward, we will sign a design release to engage the architect and start the design process. To make the design process as seamless as possible, we play the liaison between you and the architect to create a cohesive design with all team members expertise. This saves you time and alleviates frustration knowing that your design is aligning with the inspiration you have shared.
