My mom and I moved into our new Bauman home February 23, 2018, and we love our house. The craftsmanship and design was exactly what we envisioned. The staff is very responsive with our concerns. There are things that could not be done due to the weather like the grading and leveling of the lawn, installation of the air conditioner, and laying of the cement in our patio walkout that will be completed this the spring. Bauman Builders are very client service oriented but their window contractor Zeeland Lumber is not very responsive. We have been trying to get them to come out and fix our lock on the living room window since we moved in and have followed up several times with no call back.
Stacey and I could not be happier with our home. We love our floor plan and all the finishes that we chose. The quality of the build and materials used is why we chose baumann.
