Loudermilk Construction probably just spared a couple of seniors serious injury. Bob replaced my ancient unstable homemade landscape stairs with a safe and very attractive design he engineered. It enhances our steep yard too. The project was made challenging by our detailed requirements, rocky soil, and old construction. Bob came up with an affordable solution that is BEAUTIFUL. We had a broken toilet in our Benicia townhouse rental. The toilet overflowed for three days and did serious damage on all three levels of the townhouse. Bob Loudermilk, owner of Loudermilk Construction, did a prompt and excellent job of repairing the damage at a reasonable cost. He was good natured throughout even when I was responsible for delays in delivering flooring. His contractors were excellent and their relationship with Bob assured timely and good quality work. When the inevitable change order was needed, Bob got the additional work done at a fair price. I have supervised contractors for forty years and found Bob to be reliable and pleasant to work with. I quickly ascertained that I could trust Bob and didn't need to watch over the project whenever work was being done. I appreciated that because I live an hour away. I hope if we need work done in the Benicia area in the future Bob will be available.
My parents needed help finishing their remodel. I have known Bob for almost 15 years and immediately thought of him. I'm glad I convinced them because their kitchen went from 1983 track home to 2016 custom home in a months time. Not a single detail spared, it is truly amazing. Bob and his team did an amazing job!
