Brian showed incredible fortitude, working 6 weeks in San Diego, away from Texas and his family, delivering an amazing outcome. Brian and his team, including his son, Jason, completely gutted and refitted our new three bedroom home in Mission Bay, San Diego. Brian introduced some design concepts, including recommendations for the ceramic, wood like tiles, as well as the tiling on the fireplace, which have transformed the ambiance of the room. Brian completely transformed the beach cottage from an 85 year old's bungalow to a contemporary and tasteful beach house. Brian contributed his expertise in many areas, identifying problems, not originally in scope, which needed to be rectified, including wiring, floating walls, etc. His contributions to our original plans have resulted in an outstanding outcome! Brian discussed the financial implications of any scope changes before commencing work so we could make sensible decisions. We could not be more delighted. As we were long distance landlords and not hands on during the renovation process, knowing Brian was an honest and moral contractor allowed us peace of mind during the refurbishment. Final Photos of latest Kitchen Remodel on Kitchen I remodeled just 4 years prior. This time we removed 4 load bearing walls, removed peninsula sink and created large Island focus center. added barn door, floating shelves and updated fixtures.
