Was hired by family members to reconstruct my 80 yr old mothers Home after a kitchen fire 2015 After 7mo supposedly working on her kitchen fire & $90000.00 plus later. We have been trying to get him out to fix or correct thrown together workmanship. The job looked beautiful from aesthetic point of you. Once you start really looking, can you see all the horrible, half done work. He has sent many men at different times to redone the subpar work. But it's never finished or it's patchwork. He gave a two yr Warranty which We thought that was great. But not so much now. It take him so long to get someone out & once they're there it's never completed. This ordeal is really weighing a toll on my mom. We would never recommend this James Oates company to my worst enemy. We have plenty of pictures to show his handy work.
