Our company specializes in all framing projects from 2,500 square feet to those with over 250,000 square feet - such as apartments and hotels. We also offer turnkey jobs which include labor, trusses, and material for all of your wood needs. MMC Contracting also offers contracting services and construction management. Utilizing the design/build delivery method, the owner contracts MMC Contracting for single source responsibility for the design and construction of their project. The owner is now a design/build team member and decision maker, not a negotiator. The owner's high level of involvement with the architect and MMC Contracting allows for design and construction schedules to overlap, saving time and money; allowing for a quicker utilization of their facility for a faster return on investment. MMC Contracting hires and supervises sub-contractors based on low bid, schedule and understanding of the issued working drawings; we may self-perform portions of the work.
