We had a wonderful Tinnin Home built in Hillsboro. The quality of materials they used was great from the cabinets, flooring to the siding and windows. The builder was great to work with, as were all the employees and subcontractors. I love the open floor plan and tall ceilings! Having the driveway wider than the garage doors is so nice, that you have room to get out of the car and not have to step in the yard or ding doors on the cars. The open floor plan creates no hallways which I love. The main floor laundry near the bedrooms was such a plus for us. I would recommend Tinnin Homes to anyone that is looking to build a new home! Thank You Tinnin Homes
After living in my new Tinnin home for 5 weeks, I wanted to let you know about some of the things I LOVE! I love that the hangers slide from one end to the other in the closets. I love all the outlets! I love my lights and fans. Metro and Sam were wonderful to work with. I love that the electrician came quickly to get my master bedroom fan balanced and working properly While they were there, they turned the dryer outlet so the plug faced down, and they recessed the stove plug to make my double oven fit against the wall. I love the rounded edge wood steps in the garage and basement. I love that the basement steps are not too steep. They are perfect! I love the covered porch. The ceiling and rails are beautiful. It is a perfect place for morning coffee and reading, with the woods in the back. I loved the flexibility when we were planning our home. I love my open concept kitchen/living room, thanks to moving the refrigerator and pantry. I love my island on an angle, providing so much room to cook and still lots of living space. I love my expanded garage which allows everything to be put away, including the car and truck and garbage cans. It is a neat look. I love the quality of materials in my home. The engineered hardwood, vinyl, carpet, cabinets, countertops. I especially love my one color everywhere paint. Perfect! I love the workmanship in my home. The trim, concrete, plumbing and electrical are all top notch. Mrs. Cooper was very kind and accommodating as we picked flooring and had various questions. She is a gem. Lastly, I love my neighborhood. We have great neighbors and have many friends living in Bailey Station. The homes are well maintained and folks are neighborly. We feel very much at home. Thank you, Mr. Tinnin and all your employees and contractors for our new home. Denny & Sherry Flader 1851 Iron Mountain Dr.
