Met with a few companies in regards to replacing 7 of my windows with glass block, but after having a consultation with IBS project specialist Jeffrey Spurio, the decision to have IBS do the work was easy, Jeffrey was professional, knowledgable & I was confident that the job would be done properly; also the price was competitively very fair. Because of my schedule I could only commit to an installation date on a day they were currently booked or a second date I confirmed for about a month later. Then, they called me two weeks before my scheduled installation date to see if I wanted to move to the earlier date I wanted because they had a schedule change.

This worked out perfectly for me. On the day of the installation, their technician arrived ten minutes early, explained how everything was going to take place & gave me an ample opportunity to ask any questions I had. The install was not rushed, the clean up was complete & the end result of the install was perfect; this young man's work was impeccable. The windows were flawless & you could tell he takes pride & the company as a whole takes much pride in their work. Probably why they've been in business so long. I would definitely recommend IBS to anyone looking for great products, service & pricing.
