New Spaces has been doing business under the same ownership, the same name, since the 1980's. As a business owner, I've done business with new spaces and they are trustworthy, character focused, and treat their clients amazing. Take a look at their before and afters if you're really wondering about the impact of their work, but I'd also add that they are one of the best minnesota remodeling companies at truly consulting, guiding, and building a working plan that's in tune with your wants, dreams and desires.

They are teachers, guides and have AMAZING intuition. As a professional, I really respect their relationships with the trade partners (sub-contractor s) because they are mutually beneficial from what I can tell, and the sub contractors are truly there to help New Spaces produce the best work, on time, on budget, as possible.

From the initial contact, to the design phase, to the demolition and construction - we were very happy with the process. The attention to detail while being conscious of our budget was much appreciated. Our lead carpenter, Ed, was awesome. He is very fun, talented and alway courteous!
