Custom Home Builders & Renovations in Ipswich, MA
Founded in 2004, Open Meadow Builders has established itself as a trusted name in custom home construction and residential renovations across New England. Our journey began with Cary Johnson's vision, which Rob McGlauflin expanded upon when he joined as General Manager in 2017. With over two decades of construction management experience and a degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, Rob, alongside his wife Gayle, has continued to elevate our legacy since acquiring the company in 2022. Our collaborative approach combines an in-house build team with trusted local trade partners, including architects, to deliver exceptional results tailored to each client's unique vision. From kitchen remodels to full-scale custom homes, we prioritize clear communication, budget adherence, and quality craftsmanship. Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to understand your goals, followed by detailed planning and execution phases that maintain transparency throughout. Community engagement remains central to our values, as we actively support local organizations through partnerships and volunteer efforts. This commitment to excellence, combined with our deep industry expertise, ensures every project reflects both our clients' aspirations and our dedication to building lasting relationships.
