I recently hired Italy America to build a garage and stamped concrete patio in my backyard. The quality of the work was great, however the service was less than stellar. The project took 3 months to fully complete (estimated time was 3-4 weeks) and my project manager Bob was always re-active instead of pro-active (although he sure did ask for payment the day after the final inspection). Everytime I asked something he was always "looking into it". I felt bad for my salesman Tony, as things were not his fault, but after all the delays the only discount I got was $750 and "i'm sorry I hope you will consider us in the future", since he said I received "upgraded materials" which I did not ask for that totaled $2,800 for free (supposedly). So if you hire them, your job will be great - when it finally gets done - providing you the homeowner follow up on every stage of the project yourself.
