When I called SunGlo I had been dealing with another Restoration company and not receiving good service. I was frustrated beyond belief! My home had been torn up for months. Gene eased my mind by coming in and taking control of the situation. Within a couple of months everything was back in order and the results were amazing. I had a whole new floor throughout my kitchen and living room area, the drywall was done and the house was painted to perfection.

Gene and his team guided me through this whole process. Everytime I had a question or a concern, Karen from customer service would take care of it. I always knew they would get the job done. I am definitely a satisfied customer and would recommend them to everyone.

The SunGlo team is simply excellent. They are reliable communicators devoted to the highest quality of customer care. There is always a leap of faith when you engage a service team: will they show up? will they do a great job? will they honor their estimate? will they respect my home? will they return my call? SunGlo is a resounding YES on all counts. We took the recommendation of Doctor Drain when we made the call to SunGlo, and are glad we did! The headache of a flooded basement was resolved painlessly and quickly by SunGlo's team of top-notch, caring professionals.

SunGlo was one of the services recommended by my insurance company when I discovered that I had a broken sanitary line in the slab under my house. I picked them because they were local and responded immediately to my call. They provided the teams necessary to get the work done and made sure that it was done well and on time. They always responded to my calls, answered my questions, and made alternative suggestions that not only got the work done, but saved me some money.

All of their people and the ones they hired were professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile if necessary. Joe Zimmy handled my project and I feel like I have not only gotten excellent results from him, but also made a friend.
