After a 15-year career as an Industrial Engineer, St. Louis native, Wayne Arling, began Jewell Project Management in 1999. With service and convenience as his highest priorities, he began working with investment rehabs, and has since expanded his vision to other services. In 2017, Jewell Remodeling was granted FHA approval as a 203K renovation mortgage property general contractor. While home remodeling and renovation remains our bread and butter, we also specializes in property management maintenance and real estate inspection repairs.
