While there are many flooring selections available for kitchens, the two options we use most frequently are hardwood flooring and porcelain tile. If you want to create a look that never goes out of style, hardwood flooring, with its unmatched warmth and visual appeal, is a great choice. Its durability can withstand decades of use with little maintenance. While this will add new life to your kitchen, it would also give you a good return on your investment if you ever decide to sell your home. Hardwood is made in two ways: solid wooden strips or engineered wooden planks.

Modern countertop choices include materials such as quartz, laminate, meganite, Corian, and many others, but we find granite to be the most popular. Mark Michalsky Kitchens always works to get the best materials for our clients, which is why 90% of the granite we work with comes from Brazil, and the other 10% comes from Turkey, India, or Italy. Granite from these areas has proven to be of better quality than that of other areas in the world. We have been working with Keystone Granite and Tile for years.

KraftMaid Vantage offers many benefits for our clients. All-plywood construction is standard on these cabinets. So while many other manufacturers will charge for this upgrade, KraftMaid allows you the freedom to choose other design upgrades. These cabinets also have tremendous flexibility, with custom modifications to 1/16 of an inch. This can mean less fillers and a more custom look. Since 1926 Kemper Cabinets have helped to create rooms that are as beautiful as they are functional. From the design of the doors and drawer fronts to the choice of materials, finishes, hardware, and storage, Kemper provides years of performance and satisfaction.
