I would hire Erdmann again in a second! I have had several other projects done in my home, including a complete kitchen gut and a 2 story addition. Erdmann was far more professional and had far fewer subcontractors than any other contruction company I have dealt with which made communication issues much better. On this Project we updated nearly our entire exterior including windows, soffits and fascia, Hardie siding, new exterior doors, new roof over garage, new garage door, railings, posts and electric lighting.

The salesman/ designer came to the house several times to narrow done our choices to those that fit the design but also were as economical and energy efficient as possible. When there was a disagreement between myself and the site manager as to the wording of the contract and what was included, the designer REMEMBERED our discussion during contract signing and agreed with me! Clean up was always excellent, finish work was precise. they came back or discussed options so that I was always very pleased with the result. Their bid was not the lowest but it was far less than the highest. Again, I would hire them any time in the future.
