Midwest Builders

Midwest Builders, established in 1954, has grown from a garage-building contractor into one of Iowa's most trusted providers of custom home construction and remodeling solutions. Our journey began with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and timely service, which led us to expand into siding, roofing, patio rooms, and full-scale remodeling projects. We pride ourselves on handling every project from initial design to final completion, offering personalized support for custom garages, three- and four-season rooms, screened porches, basement finishing, and deck construction. Our Ankeny, Iowa showroom allows clients to experience our work firsthand, featuring a complete garage and fully finished room addition with vaulted ceilings.

With decades of experience serving the Des Moines area and 75 miles beyond, we maintain rigorous standards through thorough research and training in every service we offer. Our team prioritizes transparency, providing free estimates and maintaining open communication throughout each project. We stand behind our work with testimonials highlighting our professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on promises. From small repairs to major renovations, our goal remains to exceed customer expectations while upholding the values that have sustained us for over 65 years.
