Tommy is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana, having graduated from Louisiana State University in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. Following graduation, Tommy practiced as a consulting engineer and was responsible for numerous land development and municipal engineering projects. After years as a consulting engineer, Tommy moved into the construction industry, serving as a Project Manager for a structural precast concrete manufacturer. Shortly thereafter, Tommy started a site civil construction company, Triton Construction Services.
