Shelly Gregory, Mike's daughter has been running Kemco along with her brother, Greg Kemry and our salesman Leroy Meyer. Shelly's son Michael Gregory installs with our other factory representative, Eddie Scott. Kemco has kept up with the area growth with adding product lines including insulated glass rooms. Kemco manufactures and installs new standing seam aluminum and steel roofs, carports, screen and glass rooms, awnings, under deck systems, gutters, soffit, siding and we do a lot of custom brake work.
Kemco offers 24/ 26 gauge steel roofing for residential and commercial applications. The COOLR (Energy Efficient Roofing Metal) is Galvalume and features a Kynar 500 or Hylar 5000 finish. Included is a 35 year finish warranty. We offer over 25 different colors that are rich and vibrant to provide superior color retention. The roof is installed using a hidden clip, giving you the best available option for securing a metal roof. The end result is a maintenance free roof. The standing seam is 1 " tall, the panel is 16" wide and can be ran to the exact length you need.
Our awnings are manufactured at Kemco. They are a vertical pan and cap design that allows your home to stay cool and you are able to enjoy the scenery outside your windows. Our awning let the light into your home but stops the direct sun from fading your curtains and sofas. Our awnings are constructed of heavy gauge aluminum with underneath structure and has a baked on enamel finish.
