Ceccola Construction is a Wilmington, Delaware-based construction company that believes in the value of true craftsmanship. Our founder Christian Ceccola founded the company 18 years ago after spending many years learning the trade from his father. Working side by side, Christian learned about the importance of impeccable standards, a strong work ethic, and treating customers with respect. Ceccola Construction is a residential remodeling company offering a variety of general construction services.

As with most remodeling projects, no one manufacturer offers the best choice for every home. If you want to change your home for the better and improve the appearance of your windows, look no further than Ceccola Construction. Our staff consists of the most qualified Pella windows certified contractors Delaware has to offer. Rather than working with just any window service across the state, you should work with the most experienced windows Delaware contractors out there. Our skilled Pella certified contractors have the skills and the know-how to improve your home's appearance, allowing you to finally have the beautiful abode you've always dreamed of.

You now have many choices when deciding what type of vinyl siding they will have installed on your home.

Upgrading your doors not only increases the curb appeal of your home, it will make your home more comfortable and energy efficient. Old doors are drafty and can transfer an enormous amount of heat and cold through conduction of an under insulated door slab. Ceccola Construction offers steel and fiberglass entry doors from Therma-Tru and Pella as well as Simpson Wood doors. The amount of glass, combined with air infiltration, are the reason patio doors are one of the greatest areas of energy loss in your home.

Adding insulation to your attic along with sealing areas that allow air travel is one of the most cost effective projects you can do with your home. For a fraction of the cost of replacing your windows or installing insulated siding, you can insulate your attic and achieve the same energy savings. The Department of Energy suggest that we have enough attic insulation to achieve between a R39 - R60. Most homes built over 25 years ago have R13 or less and even newer construction only has R19. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company in Delaware, you have arrived at the right location.

I wanted an old deck demolished and a new one built. I had called several different people to give estimates and Ceccola was one of them. Chris was the only one who showed up with all the information he would need ahead of time. He knew, which I did not, that the existing deck never had a building permit nor was it to code. It was much too close to the property line. He didn't take any measurements or really discuss what I wanted done. He was concerned with making sure I could do anything at all considering all the existing problems with the original deck. He contacted the town and it ended up that for $50.00 I could get a variance if I brought the deck one foot further away from the property line then the original one was, which I was very happy with. He came back and went over materials and measurements. His estimate was right in line with the other estimates and considering how prepared and knowledgeable he was when he came out; I wasn't going with anyone else. They started the deck on a Monday and worked between raindrops. It took a day to demolish and the rest of the week to lay the foundation. On the following Monday the inspector came and approved the foundation and they finished it that week. It is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted and not one penny more than the price he gave me. No hidden charges. His team was great and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for your projects.

They did an excellent job on our new deck. It came out great! All the employees and professional and courteous and the owner is very involved ensuring the job is done right. Highly recommend their services.

the company had quite a job installing my shed door as the door was smaller than the 2 I had so they had to remove the vinyl and reframe the space for the door, then had to put up new vinyl. They did an excellent job and spent the best part of the day here, they also added a new deck part for ino the shed. The men did an excellent job and were so polite. I would highly recommend them to any one, and they did a great job cleaning every thing up, so nice to have an honest and reliable company,
