Our initial challenge was to construct a well-connected space marked by memorable "architectural brilliance." Gardner Builders was selected as the general contractor for Outsell because of its ability to build an architect's vision, evidenced by the space's unique blend of functionality and artfulness. The result was an office focused on forging new lines of communication among associates, with the kitchen area - a communication hub - at the entrance of the office. Because Outsell's pragmatic design is complemented by many artistic architectural nuances, not a single piece of art has been added post-construction.
