5 STARS We are local property management company. I have use many restoration companies in the past but this one ranks Number 1 in those that I've used. Customer Service was right on point. Every time I had a question I would call the office and get Dayna and she will explain everything that was going on so I could intern relay that to the owners. No matter how many questions she never got annoyed LOL she was amazing. The job was finished fast and they got rid of all the mold so the tenant was able to return to her home. I highly recommend this company. You can see from the pictures that they are very thorough.

I had a pipe bust behind my shower and it caused a lot of damage in the wall, on the flooring and inside a closet that is right behind the tub. Advanced Pro Remediation sent a courteous, professional, top of the line team that took care of everything from their arrival until the job was completed. It is hard to find great service like that nowadays unfortunately, but if I ever have any friends or family needing this type of service, I will definitely recommend!

I purchased a home less than a year ago, and unfortunately I have had some water damage/leak issues that I have had to deal with.
