Report
Absolutely the very BEST & ONLY Roofing service in Oswego County! Mike, the owner is wonderfully talented, professional and his work speaks for itself. And his rates are great. He cares about each and every customer and home or business he does work for. I was referred to Over The Top Roofing by the BBB, as he has an A+ rating. I recommend to everyone I know who needs any type of roofing service. Thanks Mike! Your friend, Sarah P./Skyline Publishing.
