Our company works primarily in the Mpls/St. Paul metro area and understands the associated challenges and limitations.

Sometimes it's a question of working out a viable design for the home, as well as a game plan for how to accomplish the work over a longer period of time. OA offers consulting in a number of areas. Otogawa-Anschel's commitment to Green living and Green building is present in every project. We use certified lumber, arsenic-free material, recycled and engineered lumber, composite decking, metal roofing, and Icynene insulation. All debris (except asphalt roofing) generated from the project is sorted through for recyclable material. We install energy efficient heating systems, like radiant in-floor heating, hybrid baseboard radiators, and energy re-capturing systems. Advanced framing techniques means we consume less lumber.

We wake up each morning in an OA designed master suite. We entertain friends in an OA kitchen. It's hard to put into words what it is like to live in such a beautiful, well-thought environment everyday.
