The good:I had really good experience with the majority of their subcontractors. Most were very helpful with options and putting together guys quality stuff. Overall it is a nice house.

We closed on our dream home yesterday. Facebook only gives us 50 characters to give a review, that is not enough. Alan and his whole crew are absolutely amazing and true craftsmen. We built a custom home that my wife had drawn up a rough layout using boxes in microsoft word, after years of living in other homes and doing eleven years of Street of Dreams tours. Jack took those drawings and turned them into an amazing floor plan.
All of the Advantage Development contractors are truly amazing and take pride their work. Choosing someone to build your dream home is no small decision, and not all people are looking out for you in business. It's sad but true. If you are in the market for a home, please put Alan and his crew at Advantage Development on the top of your list of builders to meet with.
