Recently completed project in the Kings Row neighborhood. An insurance claim started the process, and the clients decided that while it was out, they might as well add to it, and do what they really wanted. The results are beautiful.
Private Residence in Maitland. Customers were Baby Boomers, that were downsizing after having two very large houses, and wanted a well finished, smaller house, that still had enough room to host the grandkids and everyone for the holidays. The house was a mess, with a monstrosity of a brick.

Master bath renovation after a water intrusion problem from the previous owner. This was a known issue and the buyer was able to bring our team in before closing and receive a credit at closing towards the reconstruction so we could offset some of the cost of creating their dream bath. The middle.
