Be very aware of who this builder sub-contracts out to complete their portion of the home. Rogers flooring is a joke and their ability to lay a wood floor or tile is pathetic. My floors are completely ruined and this builder is not holding their end of the agreement to fix the issue. Our house flooded during construction, sat two months without power, had a roof built over our den incorrectly that leaked for a year and they think my problem stems from my humidifier? Mr. Stefani is not who he says he is and if it takes money to get his attention We are ready to go that route. Problem after problem with our house. Go with djk or drilten maybe you won't have a flooded basement or garbage hardwood floors. Feel free to message me and take a tour of the house or see pictures of the issues if for an instance you think maybe I'm trying to tarnish a false reputation. I don't lie.
