Graybeal Construction & Design

Since 1987, we have dedicated ourselves to crafting exceptional custom homes and delivering high-quality renovation solutions across the Central Savannah River Area and Upstate South Carolina. Our founder, Lee, began his career at age 15 with hands-on construction experience and later expanded his expertise through real estate sales, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an MBA. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Lee established Graybeal Construction & Design in 2006 to specialize in home additions and remodels, later evolving into a full-service construction firm. Our team combines technical proficiency with artistic vision, offering personalized service from initial design to final material selection. We maintain strong relationships with trusted subcontractors and prioritize client collaboration, ensuring every project aligns with individual needs and budget constraints.

Our commitment to quality is reflected in our track record of completing projects on schedule and within guaranteed budgets, as evidenced by numerous client testimonials praising our integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities. We serve clients both locally and remotely, having successfully managed long-distance builds through virtual communication tools. Our team includes licensed professionals in both Georgia and South Carolina, supported by Patti Gagstetter, our Design Consultant since 2008, who provides expert guidance throughout the design process.
