RAM General Contracting was founded in 2005 as the second member of the RAM Family of Companies. While already filling the role of General Contractor on many projects for their clients through RAM Buildings, Rawelin 'Rollie' Radtke and Gregg Machemehl recognized that by adding a true General Contracting company to their existing company they could expand the size and scope of the projects that they managed along with broadening their spectrum of clientele. Construction projects, by nature, are complex and involve a multitude of companies/people to complete a successful building project.

We collaborate directly with your project team as the early concepts and designs are being developed.
