I did not want to leave ANY STARS on this review!!! Piers from a previous job have failed and Miguel told me on more than one occasion that he would come back to add more piers to fix the problem; the side of my house is sinking. However, on the last telephone conversation I had with Miguel in July 2022, he said that he was not going to fix the problem, that he would have to pay for the job himself and he was not going to do that. He told me that I would have to pay someone else to fix the job myself if I wanted it fixed. These Piers are supposedly guaranteed for the life of the home. He is the owner and it is his responsibility to repair the job. He said he would and he needs to make this right.
