We pledge to follow through until every detail is complete and you are satisfied. Irit Winston established her design firm in 1983. She is a graduate of UC Davis with a BS in Design. Irit is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
Crisp and lean. Those are the words I would use to describe the feel of this completed shower. We actually finished the project two weeks ago, but did not post until now.
Almost done.all construction and finishes are done. We are now waiting to install doors, mirror grub bars and accessories. You can start to see the bathroom as it will look when completed.
We are at the "Pretty " phase of the construction. Cabinets are set in place, countertop has been templated and is being fabricated, and tile work has started. The guys are on day four of installation. Shower walls are done and the floor installation has begun. There will be two more days of tile.
Framing, insulation, dry wall, tape and texture: all done!
Yesterday we had our fist inspection for this bathroom remodel. This inspection was for the plumbing only. Since we are creating a curbless shower pan, we needed to frame the pan to a lower level of the floor, create a slope and drain, and plumb for it. It is done and inspected.
