They set up shop in a former grocery store that was slated for demolition, the low cost of rent allowing them to offer quality furniture at great prices. At the time, Charles had spent 20 years of his career managing a furniture store in Nashville and Alyse had a background in design. So their most valuable business tool was knowledge. I have always purchased furniture from Sprintz and been happy until March, 2016. I purchased a sofa, table and two matching Henredon leather recliners. The recliner closest to the window began fading within 2 1/2 months. My home is 10 years old and has UV protection on the windows. I also had a Hancock and Moore leather chair that sat there for 10 years and didn't fade. I contacted Sprintz. They asked me to send pictures of the fading in September. I called back in October and November. Finally I called again in December. They sent out a guy to take pictures. Then a week or two later I got a call and the lady said they would do nothing because it was fading from the sun. Beware these companies aren't using quality leather! You have leather in cars that are exposed to sun all the time and they do not fade. Just beware and know they will not do anything. These chairs were about 1600. A piece. Very disappointed in Sprintz and Henredon! Go somewhere else to shop!
