We have been in business in Auburn, MI for 62 years! We are a third generation family owned business. The store was founded by Ron Fahrner, Kathy's father. Kathy & Lee both joined the family business in 1976 and continue to own and operate TriCity Furniture. We manage a no-pressure environment for our customers. We are there to help by listening to your needs, educating you about furniture options, and ultimately helping you design and select the perfect piece or room - custom to YOU! If you have had water issues or love the look of Hard Woods, but need something more durable then Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) may be what you are looking for. LVT can come as a floating floor where parcel glue is only needed or as a full glue down. Some styles even "click" together and no glue is needed at all. The idea behind this is that the flooring could be disconnected or by using a heat gun - the glue releases and you could remove the flooring from the wet area completely. Dry your floor and the tile completely and return back to the floor without any additional cost.
