Both Jen and JC did the entire job with great care. The measurements was right on. The installer installed shutters very nicely and cleanly. I would order from Rockwood and recommend them to whoever wants to order shutters.

We had a great experience with Rockwood Shudders. The lady came out on time for her appointment and helped pick out the color of shutters that would go with my wood trim. The color was not a perfect match but it complements the wood trim and blends very well. The shutters were made and installed as promised. Recieved a call 30 minutes prior to the installers arrival. The installation was very quick! No problems. No damages to the shutters. The person doing the installation also told us that the shutters could be tightened and loosened by turning the screw on the shutter. They look wonderful and complete our home remodeling! Very pleased.
