We purchased our windows from WindowWorks with a lifetime warranty. After the company changed ownership, we were told the lifetime warranty would no longer be honored. We were never told at the time of purchase that the warranty could disappear if the company was sold. We are currently trying to resolve this and believe prospective customers should be aware of how existing customers are being treated following the ownership change.

We contracted with a national company to replace some windows in our home. Thankfully, through a comedy of errors with scheduling, we canceled the contract. Turns out we really dodged a bullet. We contacted Window Works and Mike Elkin came out and did a fantastic job walking us through our options. Mike answered all of our questions and really helped us feel at ease for our 2nd attempt to replace the windows. That has been our experience with all the Window Works representatives. We are pleased with the service.
