BME completes the civil engineering designs for numerous residential developments in a variety of areas. BME works with developers to provide creative open spaces and pathways that appeal to the public and meet municipality requirements. BME meets with developers to help them layout the most efficient and logical lot layout and often works to submit plats of these layouts with the County. In addition, BME's designs typically include site plans, site grading, erosion control, external ADA accessibility, stormwater analysis and system design, water system improvements, sanitary sewer system improvements, and improvements to adjacent roadways.
