Exemplary service and workmanship. I had two chests refinished and modernized and they look gorgeous. Pickup and delivery were simple and punctual, and they completed the job in less time than they'd estimated. I can't say enough positive things about them, and I'm looking around my house for anything else that needs refinishing or reupholstering because I enjoyed working with them so much.

Custom Furniture Works was a joy to work with! They completely dissembled my reproduction Windsor dining chairs, re-glued every spindle and seat, and preserved the integrity of the existing finish (making sure to match their touch-ups perfectly). Also, they repaired one chair's broken hoop so expertly that it feels just as strong as its sisters. So thankful for their attention to detail and communication through the process. I look forward to recommending and using Custom Furniture Works for all my future repair needs!
