We hired Fox brothers to paint and redo siding on our home that had rotted. We first delt with someone who quoted a price, but was leaving the company so his price was not accurate. When they did come to work they showed up one day and then did not show up for another week and one half. We consistently had issues with their work and when they were finished we asked them to repair some things were done wrong. They continually came out and did not know what we were talking about. The reason for this review is that now our home has sold and upon inspection the very issues that we had with their work have come up and have to be fixed. Things were highly unorganized, workers were quitting, it was a mess. I do hope they have improved, unfortunately they put us in a situation where we still have problems. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I give this company 1 star not for its work but for the customer service I received. Dan was running late, which wasn't a problem because I received a call about an hour before my scheduled appointment to let me know, but when he arrived he seemed to be in a rush to get the estimate over with. I guess my kitchen and entryway projects were less important than his phone and possibly next appointment. Anywho I was told I would receive an estimate via email with 24 hours of my appointment (which was last week) and still haven't received anything, and yes I've checked my Junk mail. I really wanted to hire this company because it received great reviews online but I guess it wasn't meant to be. So 1 star for the company's customer service and if anyone could recommend another company I would greatly appreciate it;). Thanks!
