We had some minor roof damage from Harvey. I called Horizon just before 8 am on Monday and my roof was repaired by 11 am. Awesome service and response time. We will definitely call Horizon when it is time for a new roof.

Chris came to my home in Boerne to inspect my roof. He took a lot of notes, measurements, and pictures of my roof to show me what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Later, my insurance adjuster asked for someone from Horizon to meet him at my house for his inspection. Chris and Mike both came to meet the adjuster and had a ladder set up for him when he arrived. I overheard the adjuster thanking Mike for his honesty and proper assessment of the roof damage.
When the work started, the crew was quick to remove the old roof and have the new one on in just two days, and my roof is pretty big. They didn't ask to come in the house, they were courteous and attentive to their work, and they cleaned up the yard around the house very well afterward, removing a huge trailer full of roofing debris. My roof looks great and I sleep better at night not worrying about it leaking. Horizon's workmanship warranty also gives me confidence that my new roof will last a very long time. Thank you Mike and Chris, and all the Horizon team for your excellent work.
