I will say our tech did an awesome job! However the complaint I have is to company policy of not backing parts by a warranty unless you get a package deal. Every part you can buy has a warranty at any store. Our Service Tech was very professional and certainly knew his business! He did a garage door repair. The several little teeth on the chain that opens and closes the door had broken, so we couldn't open/close the garage door. Reasonable cost for the new chain and service call. My technician's name was Wesley.

Great company! We picked precision for our whole garage door replacement. They came on time for the quote when other companies didn't and they came early to install everything and were very fast, professional and the work is of great quality.
