Waste of an evening. They refused to give an estimate to my husband because I wasn't home. The only reason why you want both of us there is because you want to pressure us to sign on the spot, don't want us to "shop around". Sorry, your high pressure sales tactics won't work, you lost a sale! Hopefully, others won't be fooled.

Five star all the way. We talked with three window companies and went with Pace. Our Sales rep (Christian) was the best and our install team very experienced, courteous and uber-profession al. We are completely satisfied and would recommend them for windows and doors. Thanks guys!

My wife and I moved into a house that was filled with Pace windows so naturally when we wanted to look into installing a sliding glass door we looked there first. When the salesmen came out to the house he spent a lot of time with us making sure we were picking the right options for us. It seemed like they made the door and we were installing it very fast! On instillation day we discovered a few hiccups but I was personally called by the general manager to fix the situation.
The instillation was done in one day and has made such an amazing change to our home. I couldn't be happier than I am with Pace with all aspect of our newest project. We have plans for a few more windows in the house and without a doubt Pace will be back here to install them.
