Igor helped me once with a furnace issue. He's reliable and provides great quality work & insight. Because of his insight and knowledge on furnaces I was able to recuperate money from a large HVAC contractor who charged me for a service that was not adequately taken care of. When another contractor tried to convince me I needed to replace the unit, Igor reassured "nothing is wrong, just a couple pieces needed to be replaced" then he showed me the facts that everything was performing well, which exposed the previous provider. So not only did he provide me a service at a great rate, he also made me more knowledgeable about my unit, and let me know how and why the previous provider didn't adequately do their job. He's direct and courteous and I'd highly recommend him.

Our furnace just broke. A repairman came out fast, replaced a few parts, told me what was wrong and walked me through everything step by step. I was really happy. I called 3 HVAC companies in the area, 2 of which went straight to voicemail and another that had a 1 week wait. So I was really happy to get a hold of these guys. Would 100% recommend.

Our furnace went down during winter. ACME Tech Services was chosen by our home owners insurance as a second opinion. Igor came in with his vast knowledge and blew us out of the water. It's hard for a tech to come in as a second opinion and be valued unless it's the same diagnosis. It was very clear that before Igor came in we had a very inexperienced tech trying to replace our whole furnace. Igor's approach was nothing short of everything that should of been done the first time. Supper professional and honest. He services a wide range of appliances. Highly recommend this guy for any service. Also we blew up his phone probably more than necessary because we were really cold and he answered every time, even txted him.
