I recently had my 17 year old garage doors & openers replaced by Mansfield Overheard Door. The entire process was extremely easy. Kevin (the business owner) walked me through the product selection process and then we finalized the installation date. They showed up on schedule, removed the old doors & openers and then installed the new ones. The entire process took about 4 hours. They adjusted the doors and then configured the openers. I now have nice new doors that open almost silently. They cleaned everything up and hauled off the old stuff. I am very pleased with everything and would do business again with MOD without hesitation. They are honest, professional, and do quality work at a very reasonable price.
Sometimes when you choose a local company you get exactly what you want, and my experience with MOD was as good as it gets. Got to talk with Kevin over the phone and explain my problem and he put me in touch with Felix to get something scheduled and make sure he was ready for my door problem. Scheduling was flexible to meet my needs, and Felix was on-time and very helpful. Felix got me fixed up, gave me a few tips on maintenance I can do, and was on his way all for a very reasonable price. Always nice to find someone local who cares about keeping Mansfield feeling like a small community without the feel of an up-sale that other companies are notoriously known for.
