The angle of a steel building's roof is determined by roof pitch. Roof pitch indicates the rise vertically for every 12 inches of travel horizontally. Our online system allows you to choose up to a 6:12 pitch. There are many considerations with both higher and lower roof pitches. Higher pitched roofs may add to the cost of the building, but can add performance to a building in a heavy snow region. Additionally, you can take advantage of extra space above. High-pitched roofs are less likely to leak and can add style to your building.

25 years of experience in manufacturing Bi-Fold doors. Very likely, more Bi-Fold doors across America than any other manufacturer. Schweiss uses only experienced installers who are authorized representatives for both installation and maintenance. Upgrade Equipment and Accessories. Many upgrade features offered by Schweiss Bi-Fold Doors are optional, but it is strongly recommended that upgrade equipment be used on every Bi-Fold Door. Customer Satisfaction. Our Spec Sheets detail how your endwall should be prepared to withstand the extra weights and movements your Bi-Fold Door puts on your building endwall.

Our Model 155 is the economical choice for an efficient, performance oriented rolling steel door with the same proven reliability as our entire line of doors. Constructed of roll formed hot-dipped galvanized steel, the Model 155 is a practical, low cost alternative to a slat type rolling or commercial sectional door. Like our entire line of rolling steel doors, The Model 155 features a polyester base and prime coat to provide a long lasting durable finish, eliminating the added expense of field painting.

Our Company's vision is "to maintain a leading-edge in the design, engineering, fabrication and delivery of the highest quality steel buildings in the industry." We are deeply committed to providing you with this service as a means of achieving our vision. Low initial cost does not always provide the best value. It is just a small part of the picture. The values inherent in our designs assist in the ease of construction of the project but more importantly we provide a well-documented system that is easy to maintain.
