Our Company, based in Northeast Indiana, serves Fort Wayne and surrounding areas in Northern Indiana, as well as Southeast Michigan, and Northwest Ohio. Just like our name, we specialize in the design and installation of renewable energy systems for homes, business, and schools. Our owner has a graduate degree and mechanical engineering degree with 20 years of engineering and project management experience; he is involved with every project we install. Our sales people are educated and have a strong knowledge and experience of the systems we install.
Companies in Northeast Indiana are beginning to take advantage of the many benefits of solar power. With a 26% Federal tax credit, grouped with 5-year depreciation and the lower market prices seen over the past few years, we can offer many businesses the option to install systems that pay for themselves within 5 to 7 years*. For a product that is proven to last and warrantied for 30 years, it provides a very sound investment. Once these systems are installed, they are ready to go. We can install solar PV systems with a seamless integration that are mounted on the roof or ground to optimize location.
Solar PV (Photovoltaic) is the direct generation of electricity using the power of the sun. Solar cells are combined together to form modules (panels). The modules are wired together to form an array, DC power is sent to an inverter that converts it to clean AC power that supplies your main electrical system. By connecting the inverter system directly to grid power, there is no need for batteries. Net metering allows generated power to be fed into the grid, allowing the meter to accumulate credits that you can use at night or days with heavy cloud cover.
Proud to author SB 249, which promotes solar energy. More Hoosier homeowners, farmers, schools, local governments, and businesses have been installing solar equipment as a way to embrace clean energy and to reduce their overall energy costs. My bill is a common sense proposal. There are 81 solar.
Time is running out already for the House Utilities Committee to hear HB 1394 to extend net metering for another two years.
This year Renewable Energy Advocates including IndianaDG are encouraging everyone to participate in 2021 "Virtual" Indiana Renewable Energy Day with your Indiana State Legislators Friday, February 5, 2021 12:00 to 2:30 pm EST We are also seeking sponsors for this event. Please complete this form no.
