Commercial Commercial Roofing & Waterproofing Hawaii celebrated 25 years as a company in the past year and it is with great joy and honor knowing that we've come this far with the support of clients that have entrusted their roofs into our care. It is with a renewed outlook, fresh vision, and eager anticipation that we enter into the NEXT 25 years of service! We're proud to have worked on some of Hawaii's most iconic and challenging buildings, having installed nearly every type of roofing system in a variety of environments.

It is our goal, as a Hawaii Commercial Roofing company and as a dedicated, unified team of professionals, to utilize our knowledge and experience of Hawaii Roofing and Hawaii Roof Repair to be on the forefront of innovative construction technologies, in order to exceed our client's expectations. Our humble beginnings were birthed in a "commercial warehouse" which was a 8x5x8 public storage unit, and a "fleet of trucks" which were 2 pick-up trucks at the time. Over the course of 25 years CRW has grown to over 80+ employees, established a corporate office and warehouse on Oahu and Maui, and a true "fleet" of vehicles and equipment.

We offer several in-house specialty services to take care of your roof includuing moisture detection, preventative roof maintenance, leak and repair serices, gutters & downspouts, roof & solar panel cleaning. Roofs are constantly under attack by weather, structural movement, roof access and other stresses. While normal "aging" occurs on all roofs, small problems - if not addressed - can turn into costly repairs or premature roof failure. Rooftops require systematic care to uphold integrity, roof warranties and to proactively prevent premature roof failure.

This option includes the complete tear off and installation of a new roofing system. We work directly with clients or consultants to develop a scope of work for a full roof replacement when the useful roof life is near its end, or the intent of the roof deck is going to change i.e. PV systems, etc. A roof recovery includes installing a roof over an existing roof. A total tear-off may not be necessary if the substrate is in good condition. In many cases, we have installed a new roof over an existing roof, reducing waste and labor hours required.
